SAIGE is a business-to-business platform created by Avanade for its corporate clients. You can only access and use the SAIGE if you have been provisioned as an authorized user of the Platform (“Authorized User”) by or on behalf of an organization that has contracted SAIGE (“SAIGE”) as an AI governance platform provided by Avanade to your Organization as detailed in the Terms of Use (“Organization”).

If you are an Authorized User (i.e. you already received the registration details), please read this Privacy Notice before accessing and using SAIGE.
This Privacy Notice gives you key information on how and for what purpose the SAIGE may process certain personal information about you. This Privacy Notice is not a stand-alone document but supplements the privacy statement of the applicable Organization that has decided to use SAIGE as an AI governance platform and will provide you with their privacy statement.
Depending on your role within that Organization’s, you might be using the SAIGE as an employee, or contractor of such Organization or one of their authorized partners.
Please contact the Organization, or the company you are affiliated with if different, to obtain a copy of the applicable privacy statement of the Organization for further information in case they haven’t provided such statement to you and if you have any doubts or queries relating to why your personal information has been shared with Avanade or you have been selected as an Authorized User. The Organization who has contracted SAIGE from Avanade is acting as a controller of your personal information processed through the SAIGE.
Avanade is acting as a service provider for the applicable Organization that has identified you as an Authorized User.
With the limited exception explained as in section 9, Avanade will process your personal information through SAIGE on behalf and upon instruction of such Organization, that has also decided how to use SAIGE. Remember: when you use SAIGE, the Organization is the controller of your personal information and any personal information of third parties you might share through SAIGE.
When you access and use SAIGE, the Organization and Avanade, in its capacity as Organization’s service provider, will have access and process the following personal information about you or shared by you as applicable:

By sharing any personal information of third parties through SAIGE, you acknowledge and agree to have all necessary permissions, authorizations, and consents to share such information with the Organization accessing SAIGE as applicable.
As a data controller, the Organization is responsible for deciding which legal basis applies to the processing of your personal information through SAIGE. To the extent you are asked to click on/check “I accept”, “I agree” or similar buttons/checkboxes in SAIGE doing so will be considered as providing your consent to process your personal information, only when the Organization’s privacy statement refers to consent as the applicable legal basis. In all other cases, such action will be considered as a mere acknowledgement and the legal basis of the processing of your personal information will not be your consent, but any other applicable legal basis as detailed in the Organization’s privacy statement.
Your personal information may be shared with third parties in accordance with the Organization’s privacy statement. Avanade, in its capacity as service provider, will process your personal information only as necessary to enable you to access and use SAIGE, and as directed by the Organization (with the limited exception explained as in section 9).
Avanade may also share your personal information with third-party organizations acting on our behalf, such as our service providers (e.g. the hosting provider for the platform). Before doing so, Avanade takes steps to protect your personal information. Any third-party service provider to whom your personal information may be disclosed, are expected, and required to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information and may only use your personal information in compliance with applicable data privacy laws and Avanade’s instructions.
SAIGE follows and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures that are designed to protect your information in accordance with the applicable data protection and security laws, as well as the service agreement between Avanade and the Organization as applicable. Please refer to the Organization’s privacy statement for more information.
Your personal information will be kept in accordance with the Organization’s instructions and their internal retention policies, as detailed in the Organization’s applicable privacy statement.

As part of its commitment to continuously improve Avanade SAIGE and provide Authorized Users with the best user experience Avanade will use the feedback provided by you related to how we may improve the platform and your experience using it. This data is processed by Avanade product team in a de-identified and aggregated manner to ensure the proper functioning of SAIGE and consider enhancements whenever necessary. Avanade will never process such data with the aim of re-identifying or contacting you. Since this data might be considered as indirectly relating to you, Avanade will comply with its Privacy Policy when collecting and processing such data.
Avanade may automatically collect, also through strictly necessary cookies, and use limited technical information and usage data to ensure the security and functioning of SAIGE in accordance with Avanade’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
